2013 International Symposium on Pharmaceutical Solid -State Research
October 17-19, 2013
Suzhou, China (near Shanghai)
Form, Function, Formulation- Theoretical and Practical Aspects.
This conference will highlight the importance of understanding the solid state properties of new chemical entities and how the selection of the “right” form can provide the functionality for science based, streamlined and efficient dosage form development.
The conference will cover a variety of topics, including form screening and characterization, particle engineering and control of crystallization, the fundamentals of amorphous materials and the development of polymer stabilized amorphous drugs, as well as co-crystals and their development. In addition there will be real life case study presentations dealing with innovative formulation approaches, both oral and non-oral to the development of challenging drugs molecules.
Who Should Attend
Anyone who is involved in the development and evaluation of APIs and pharmaceutical products, including scientists, engineers, formulators, manufacturers, regulators, managers, and key decision makers.
The registration fee will cover a conference manual, a flash drive with conference materials, lunch on day 1 and day 2 and a banquet on the night on day 1.
