About the Instructor

  • Barbara Mowery

    Barbara Mowery, Chemistry Lab Coordinator at York College of PA, and Professor Emeritus, Thomas Nelson Community College (Hampton VA), brings a variety of experience to the Effective Technical Writing course. Teaching at different levels, managing several types of labs, and writing and reviewing educational materials has helped her become a skilled coach in helping others to write clearly and concisely.
